Based on feedback and turnout, it appears that our “Finding Your Mojo”& “Attitude is Everything”posts had great impact on many of you. As a coach, there’s nothing better than having a vibey group of positive people arriving at your sessions and I’ve definitely noticed a shift in Mojos and Attitudes in the last few weeks – well done to those who took it to task!

Congrats to Bronwen Maree who won one month’s worth of a Multisport training programme in our “Finding your Mojo”competition. Her response to “How do you find your Mojo?” was… “I definitely think eating right will help your MOJO to come back. Eating all the carbo loaded pasta and potatoes and warming food can make us lazier!” I’m sure many of you will agree, but man that warming food does taste so much nicer than a salad at this time of the year!


To keep your momentums going, we are introducing a coached group run session starting Wednesday 7 August with Anton Slabbert of AWOL fame. Anton has been coaching for many years and is as passionate about his athletes as I am – he works with all levels and although this is a group session, he will challenge you according to your own strengths and weaknesses. 23 November – Coronation Double Century 202km Cycle Race

8 December – Race to Stanford starts in Hermanus finishes in Stanford
