Setting a goal and having a realistic plan of action is key. No two athletes are the same and likewise no 2 training programmes should be the same. A sub 90min 21k runner cannot be on the same running programme as a Full Ironman triathlete and vice versa. Our training programmes are designed to suit you and fit in with your schedule, not the other way around!
To keep you motivated throughout your training, we do offer the option to join our group bike and run sessions on the Atlantic Seaboard of Cape Town with days and times subject to the time of the year.
Our Swim Squad sessions all happen indoors at the Point Virgin Active.
Our Sunday afternoon Waterfront canal swims are run from Battery Park in front of SUP Cape Town.
