TRAIN TO SUCCESS
At K8, we provide you with an online training programme which is closely monitored on a regular basis. Work, travel, family, illness & injury can all impact on your original plan and without a coach on hand to tweak your programme & check in on you, overtraining and the stress of trying to play catch up and fit it all in can take its toll. Our holistic approach to our programmes takes in to account YOUR strengths and weaknesses, YOUR current ability and level of fitness and YOUR lifestyle. You do not have to be competitive to be on a training programme.
Group training sessions are an added bonus for those who enjoy the social side of training BUT you do not have to join a group session to be on a programme. All programmes are personalised to include goal specific Swim/Bike/Run sessions which you can do with/without group. Whether you would like a triathlon or single discipline specific programme or just keen to join our group sessions we have all the options – see info and costs below.

K8 Coaching serves as a vibrant multi-sport tribe aimed at helping individuals stay fit, healthy, and active while achieving their personal sports goals.
