LIFE CHANGERS
I was a woman in my late 40’s who could barely get across the pool. After a few months of private coaching, Britt promoted me to a swimming squad. Within a year I was doing my first triathlon with Britt by my side throughout the open water swim. Britt was always patient with me but pushed me to my limits. She believed in me and made me look at life with a positive attitude. She always told me I created my own success in the pool, but I needed the right coach to give me the tools to be successful.
Joining a swim squad was very intimidating for me at the start, but Britt is good at making everyone feel inclusive and welcome with her caring, encouraging style. Britt is a very experienced swimmer, so I learnt a lot about swimming and life from her, and I trust her as a Coach and a friend. Thanks to Britt’s effective and patient coached swim squad training I was able to complete my 1st IMSA-race for which I’m very grateful.

CUSTOMISED PROGRAMS
TRAIN TO SUCCESS
At K8, we provide you with an online training programme which is closely monitored on a regular basis. Work, travel, family, illness & injury can all impact on your original plan and without a coach on hand to tweak your programme & check in on you, overtraining and the stress of trying to play catch up and fit it all in can take its toll.
Our holistic approach to our programmes takes in to account YOUR strengths and weaknesses, YOUR current ability and level of fitness and YOUR lifestyle. You do not have to be competitive to be on a training programme.
Group training sessions are an added bonus for those who enjoy the social side of training BUT you do not have to join a group session to be on a programme. All programmes are personalised to include goal specific Swim/Bike/Run sessions which you can do with/without group.
